Terms of use

Last updated: 26 June 2026

By using Diagraw you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Diagraw is a diagram editor on an infinite canvas with real-time collaboration, sharing and version history, used in your browser.

2. Your account

You can use Diagraw without an account, or create one with Google, GitHub or email and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for your account's activity. Each account is identified by its verified email.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the diagrams you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display them solely to provide the service (for example, syncing them in a shared session). You are responsible for the content you create and share, and for holding the rights needed for it.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Diagraw for illegal activity, to infringe others' rights, to distribute harmful content, or to attack, overload or attempt to breach the service or other users.

5. Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue it. Keep your own copies of important content.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Diagraw is not liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profits arising from the use or inability to use the service.

7. Termination

You can stop using Diagraw and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will publish the new version here. For any question, write to [email protected].
