The free plan includes the full editor, real-time collaboration, 25 saved diagrams, 10 automatic versions per diagram, 3 MB per diagram, shared sessions for 7 days and the Lyra AI assistant (5 requests every 3 hours). Pro removes the ceilings:

How do I upgrade?
Open Diagraw, sign in and click "Upgrade to Pro" next to the Share button. Checkout runs in the app through Paddle.
How do I cancel?
From your profile or the Pro dialog, in two clicks. You keep every Pro benefit until the end of the period you already paid, and you are not charged again.
What happens to my content if Pro lapses?
Nothing is ever deleted. Anything above the free plan's limits simply becomes read-only until you export, reduce or upgrade again.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Any charge is refunded in full within 14 days of payment, no questions asked — see the refund policy.
Do you handle taxes and invoices?
Yes. Paddle acts as merchant of record: it charges applicable VAT/sales tax and issues the invoice for every payment.
