Diagraw is built by Victor Agudo, a software engineer. It started as a diagramming tool I wanted for my own architecture work: fast to open, hand-drawn, and collaborative without a licence conversation. It is funded by Pro subscriptions, not by advertising, and the data lives in the European Union.

How it is funded
Pro subscriptions at 6 € per month or 60 € per year, processed by Paddle. No advertising, no data resale, and the free plan is a real plan rather than a trial.

Your diagrams are yours: export to PNG, JPG, PDF or Mermaid whenever you want, no lock-in.

Where is my data stored?
On servers in the European Union. The privacy policy lists every processor involved: Hetzner for hosting, OVHcloud for transactional email, and Google or GitHub only if you choose to sign in with them.
Is the free plan going to disappear?
No. The canvas, live collaboration, sharing and comments are free, with limits on saved diagrams, AI quota and share lifetime. Pro raises those limits.
How do I report a bug or ask for a feature?
Use the feedback option inside the app, which attaches the context automatically, or email [email protected].
