Refund policy

Last updated: 17 July 2026. This policy applies to the Diagraw Pro subscription (6 €/month or 60 €/year). It is part of our terms of use.

When we refund

Accidental purchases. You bought Pro by mistake, or picked the wrong plan. Full refund within 14 days of the charge.

Duplicate charges. Any duplicate payment is refunded in full, no time limit.

Unused renewals. A renewal charge is refunded within 14 days if you have not used the Pro plan after the renewal date.

Service failures. If Diagraw Pro did not work as promised during your first days, we refund the charge within 14 days.

Your statutory rights. Nothing here limits your legal rights as a consumer, including the EU 14-day withdrawal right.

How to request one

Email [email protected] from your account's address with the date of the charge. No forms, no hoops.

We answer within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued through Paddle, our merchant of record, to the original payment method; banks typically post them in 5–10 business days.

Prefer to just stop paying? You can cancel anytime from your profile: you keep every Pro benefit until the end of the paid period and are never charged again. Your content is never deleted.
